YOUR TV REPAIR ESTIMATE

HDTV AND BIGSCREEN TV REPAIR ESTIMATES.
There is zero trip fee so long as you want your TV fixed. We come to you, diagnose the TV, tell you the parts needed for the repair, and give you a fair estimate. This estimate is all that you will pay, no matter how many trips we make.

However, If you live within 25 Miles from any of our Call Centers, and you think it's not worth repairing the TV, then you pay us $60.00 for the diagnostics.
If you live further than 25 Miles from us, this fee will be $80.00.

In some cases, we may know the parts you need by giving us the symptoms (clicking sound, buzz, or blinking LED sequence) at the time you call  (443)-255-2648  or submit the
service request form. For such a case, we can give you an estimate instantly.

If you have multiple products to repair, the labor on every additional TV will $20.00 off.

Again, if we have to order parts, you will pay for 65% of the repair estimate AT THE TIME OF FIRST VISIT.


FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Money Orders, Checks (personal or company), VISA CARD, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. However, we do accept personal checks when they serve as advance pay only. We may not accept them as final pay (that is, when the job is complete).

If your product does not have a warranty, and the screen size is 37 inches or bigger, you want to call us now!
Not only will you be saving money because we choose to do component level repair, your repair is also guaranteed because of our expertise. We are your best hope.

Also, we go by your schedule. So, you choose the day and time most convenient to you and we honor that.
WARRANTY ON REPAIR
All repairs have 90 days warranty on parts and 90 days labor so long as the same part failed. If a different part fails within the 90-day warranty period, you will get a 25% discount on the labor cost, but you will pay full amount for the part.
 

PARTS ON ORDER
Our goal is to repair your set during our first visit. 
To achieve this we do have most component parts in our stock. This is why it is important that you give us a detailed description of the problem with your set when you
request a service call.
Also we will need the Model # and Serial #. These numbers are located on the rear of the TV set. Most SAMSUNG TVs will have a sticker on the side carrying a version #. We shall need that as well.
If your TV is RCA, PHILIPS, or MAGNAVOX, we shall also need the chassis # lcated on the same sticker as the model # and serial # behind the TV set

However, in case we have to order your parts, you will pay for 65% of  repair estimate during the first visit.
