These are products that have the factory warranty from the manufacturer, usually within the first year from the date fo purchase for TVs and Computers. If your product has problems within this period, simply call us and we shall schedule your repair after working with the manufacturer for approval.
Usually, such a repair will be of no charge to you , unless your warranty agreements stipulate otherwise. in the latter case, you will pay whatever the Agreement asks for.
EXTENDED WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
If your product is above ONE YEAR OLD, but has extended warranty from the retailer like Sears, Bestbuy, Circuit City, Tweeter, Big Screen Store, BJ's, Walmart, etc., call them first and tell them about us.
If you got your Extended Warranty from a THIRD-PARTY Company like National Electronics Warranty NEW, GE Pro, Servicenet, The Warranry Group TWG, Assuant/Federal Warranty, or from the Internet, you may call us first and we shall schedule service after getting approval for the repair from the warranty provider.
