Our customers always have questions about repairing their electronic items. One of our jobs is to answer those questions and make sure they understand what needs to be done to complete the repair. Below are some frequently asked questions:

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APOINTMENT TO REPAIR MY TV?
You may call  (443)-255-2648 , or you fill out and submit a service request form.
When you call, you will be given an appointment date by the Customer service representative.
If you do fill out the service request form, please provide us with your email address and phone #. We send you an email the same day with available dates, and also contact you by phone.

IS MY ITEM WORTH REPAIRING?
Some items are worth repairing while others are not. Once our technicians have a chance to look at the item, we can always determine if it is worth fixing. As a rule of thumb, if the repair cost does not exceed 30% of what you paid for the TV set, we strongly advise you to repair the set. If the repair cost exceeds 60% of the replacement set you may consider getting, we advise you to scrap your TV.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE A HOME SERVICE CALL?
There is zero trip fee so long as you want your TV fixed. We come to you, diagnose the TV, tell you the parts needed for the repair, and give you a fair estimate. This estimate is all that you will pay, no matter how many trips we make.
However, If you live within 30 Miles from any of our call centers, and you think it's not worth repairing the TV, then you pay us $60.00 for the diagnostics.
If you live further than 30 Miles from us, this fee will be $80.00

MY TV IS DEAD, WHAT’S WRONG?
Most people think the power on/off switch is defective. Try using the remote control. If still not workng, verify that you have power from the electical outlet then, pull off the power plug for about 1 minute. If the TV still does not turn on after doing this, you need service.

HOW LIKELY IS IT THAT MY UNIT CAN BE REPAIRED?
There is more than 95% chance that we shall repair your unit, so long as the parts are available from the vendors. Even in situations where circuits boards are no longer available, we have succesfully repaired more the 80% of those products to component level!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY TV OR PC?
Because we do component level repair, most items are fixed during our first visit. If the part is available from the vendor, it takes 5-7 days for your repair to be completed. We can make parts shipped express at the customer's request and expense; this would drop the turn-around time to 2 or 3 days.
However, there are certain parts that are required to be replaced as a module by the manufacturer of the product. Also, some vendors would ask for the defective part from older sets first, before they can sell the rebuilt module. In both of these cases, it may take a week or two for the repair to be completed.
 

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRS?
All repairs have 90 days warranty on parts and 90 days labor, so long as the same part fails. Some select parts have 90 days warranty or more. Such parts are usually supplied by the Manufacturer, but the customer will have to pay for the labor.

FOR HOW LONG IS MY ESTIMATE VALID?
All estimates on repair are valid for 21 days. After this period, you have to pay the trip and diagnostics fee again if you choose to have the unit repaired.
